Ernest May-Architecture and urban planning in Kampala takes a unique look at the changing face of Kampala. It explores the contribution of German architect Ernest May to architecture and urban planning under the British colonial rule. Featured are also historic and current photographs of the city, as welll as works of the art that explore the cityscape and the Uganda Museum itself.
The Uganda National Museum is organising an exhibition on Famine and Food security with support from African Council of Museums (AFRICOM) Nairobi. This exhibition will bring voices of community on current famine, food prices and how food security was important in the past.
